Western Palm Beach County Arrest report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), or the Department of Corrections (DOC) in Belle Glade or South Bay.

• Kira Silverberg was arrested March 21 by PBSO and charged with battery and criminal mischief property damage. Bond was set at $4,000.

• Shanteai was arrested March 21 by PBSO and charged with aggravated assault with intent to commit a felony, and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Bond was set at $20,000.

• Sergio Martinez was arrested March 22 by PBSO and charged with felony 2X possession of weapon or ammo by convicted U.S. felon, possession of weapon or ammo by Fla. delinquent adult felony, drug equipment possession - use possession manufacture paraphernalia to transport drugs, drugs produce - manufacture controlled substance schedule I, and a misdemeanor charge of marijuana possession less than 20 grams cannabis. Bond was set at $8,020.

• Hentavious Parker was arrested March 22 by PBSO and charged with a felony charge of hit and run involving injury other than serious bodily injury, and a misdemeanor of resisting officer - obstruct without violence. Bond was set at $6,000.

• Johntavis Richard was arrested March 22 by PBSO and charged with felony child neglect without great bodily harm, and misdemeanor charges of reckless driving first offense and driving while license suspended, revoked or equivalent status. Bond was not set.

• Berenice Maldonado was arrested March 24 by PBSO and charged with felony aggravated assault with deadly weapon without intent to kill, and misdemeanor battery by touch or strike. Bond was set at $4,000.

• Tommy Currington was arrested March 24 by PBSO and charged with felony drugs deliver or distribute controlled substance schedule III and misdemeanor marijuana possession less than 20 grams cannabis. Bond was set at $6,000.

• Jakevious Andrews was arrested March 24 by PBSO and charged with felony charges of drugs deliver/distribute controlled substance schedule I, drug possession controlled substance without prescription, drug possession intent to sell/manufacture/deliver controlled substance schedule I, drug equipment possession - use possession manufacture paraphernalia to transport drugs, and misdemeanor charge operating motor vehicle without valid license second conviction. Bond was set at $14,000.

• Jackson Stfleur was arrested March 26 by PBSO and charged with 2X fraud/swindle - defraud to obtain property value of less than $20k, fraud - money laundering transaction $300-$20K, 2X use 2 way communication device to facilitate felony. 2X fraud/impersonate - use possession ID of another person without consent, 2X grand theft property value $750-5k, Bond was set at $45,000.
