MOORE HAVEN -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has issued a notice to navigation that all east and west bound traffic transiting the Julian Keen Jr. Lock on Aug. 16 and Aug. 17 should expect delays.
A width restriction of 25 feet will be in place while the corps conducts maintenance of the lock.
