Steve, long time Felda resident, died Dec. 8, 2023 at his home in Sparta, GA. He is survived by his wife, Gloria Butler, his son, Carter Butler, daughter-in-law Elaina, grandchildren, Emma, Everly and Samuel, his stepson Jonathan Garmon, along with siblings and their children.
