The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), or the Department of Corrections (DOC) in Belle Glade or South Bay.
• Chad Seabrook was arrested Feb. 15 by PBSO and charged with battery by touch or strike, contempt of court - violation injunction protection domestic violence, and kidnap - false imprisonment. Bond was not set.
• Jacolby Tyler was arrested Feb. 15 by PBSO and charged with grand theft of motor vehicle, resisting officer without violence, and burglary of unoccupied conveyance unarmed. Bond set at $5,000.
• Markevious Blackmon was arrested Feb. 16 by PBSO and charged with aggravated assault with deadly weapon without intent to kill. Bond set at $3,000.
• Letha Altheme was arrested Feb. 18 by PBSO and charged with felony petit theft from merchant, farmer or transit agency 2+ prior convictions. Bond set at $5,000.
• Joanna Cruz Perez was arrested Feb. 18 by PBSO and charged with smuggling contraband of controlled substance into county detention facility, and public order crimes - use of 2-way communication device to facility felon. Bond set at $10,000.
• Kevin Leggett was arrested Feb. 19 by PBSO and charged with felony battery. Bond was not set.
• Teneva Williams was arrested Feb. 20 by PBSO and charged with aggravated assault with deadly weapon without intent to kill. battery by touch or strike, and conditional release violation. Bond set at $10.
