The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Richarda Morris, 33, Southeast 31st Lane, was arrested Nov. 6 by OPD and charged with driving without a license habitual offender. Bond was set at $2,500.

• Carlos Ramirez, 46, Northwest 214th Circle, was arrested Nov. 6 by OCSO and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon with intent to commit a felony. Bond was set at $5,000.

• Conner Osceola, 23, Okeechobee, was arrested Nov. 7 by OCSO and charged with fleeing law enforcement with lights and siren activated, reckless driving, DUI, operating a motor vehicle without a license and possession of marijuana over 20 grams. Bond was set at $20,000.

• Christopher Hatcher, 41, Okeechobee, was arrested Nov. 8 by OPD and charged with possession of cocaine. Bond was set at $5,000.

• George Roberson, 62, Okeechobee, was arrested Nov. 8 by OCSO and charged with domestic battery by strangulation, fleeing law enforcement with lights and siren active and resisting arrest without violence. Bond was set at $5,500.

• Thomas Lunsford, 35, Northeast 207th Street, was arrested Nov. 8 by OCSO and charged with DUI with damage to property. Bond was set at $500.

• Randy Torres, 44, Southwest Second Street, was arrested Nov. 9 by OCSO and charged with grand theft auto, dealing in stolen property and attaching a license plate to a vehicle it is not registered to. Bond was set at $13,500.

• Betty Scruton, 46, Northwest 82nd Court, was arrested Nov. 11 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,000.

• William Kyles, 49, Northeast 16th Avenue, was arrested Nov. 10 by OCSO and charged with possession within 1,000 feet of a place of worship and possession with intent to sell within 1,000 feet of a house of worship. Bond was set at $60,000.

• Christopher Hatcher, 41, Northwest 12th Street, was arrested Nov. 10 by OCSO and charged with failure to register. Bond was set at $5,000.
