Okeechobee County Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

  • Alex Geer, 38, of Florida, was arrested April 5 by FWC Officer Amanda Simmons and charged with armed trespass. Bond was set at $5,000.
  • John Geer was arrested April 5 by FWC Officer Amanda Simmons and charged with armed trespass. Bond was set at $5,000.
  • Judy Anderson, 42, Southeast Second Avenue, was arrested April 9 by OCSO Deputy Mark Wright and charged with corruption by threat and resisting arrest. Bond was set at $5,500.
  • Benjamin Wilson, 29, Jacksonville, was arrested April 9 by OCPD Officer Matthew Grumbling and charged with possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,500.
  • Carlos Quesada, 38, State Road 70, was arrested April 9 by FHP Officer E.R. Wise and charged with driving on a revoked license/sixth offense. Bond was set at $500.
  • Ronald Drennan, 43, Northeast Fourth Avenue, was arrested April 9 by OCSO Deputy Misei Esquivel and charged with grand theft auto and driving without a license. Bond was set at $5,000.
  • James Thompson, 58, Leesburg, was arrested April 10 by OCSO Deputy Skylar Casian and charged with battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting an officer with violence. Bond was set at $10,000.
  • Yansey Gonzalez Soto, 26, Northwest 36th Street, was arrested April 12 by OCSO Deputy Anthony Hull and charged with DUI, failure to obey law enforcement orders to stop, obstruction without violence and driving without a license. Bond was set at $5,000.
