Leonard “Lenny”, 79, passed away peacefully at home on April 16, 2025. He was born in Rochester, New York, on April 19, 1945, to Bernard and Helen Karpowicz. He was a Veteran, who served in the United States Army from 1963 to 1966.
He and his high school sweetheart, Kathryn, enjoyed a beautiful, loving marriage of 61 years.
He loved tinkering on many things, including vehicles and computers, and believed a motorcycle ride was his daily medicine. He was a deep thinker and devoted husband, father and grandfather.
He is survived by his wife, Kathryn; his brother, Daniel; sister, Ilene; his children, David and Laura; 4 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. He was predeceased by his loving grandson, Nathan Carpenter.
