The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) during the period from Sept. 26 to Oct. 2.
• Dwight Billings, 33, at large, was arrested Sept. 27 by Deputy Ramirez Garcia and charged with battery.
• Edward Willingham, 36, of Belle Glade, was arrested Sept. 29 by Deputy Dominguez and charged with two counts of possession of cocaine and possession of drug equipment.
• A 16-year-old female, of Clewiston, was arrested Oct. 1, by Deputy Gonzalez and charged with criminal mischief.
• Ian Baunach, 43, of LaBelle, was arrested Oct. 1 by Detective Bustamante and charged with 13 counts of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.
• David Ross, Jr., 46, of Clewiston, was arrested Oct. 1 by Deputy Ramirez Garcia and charged with probation violation.
• Marvin Nixon, 64, of Clewiston, was arrested Oct. 1 by Deputy Rivera and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of drug equipment and possession of marijuana.
• Fabian Perez Garcia, 26, of Miami, was arrested Oct. 1 by Deputy Gonzalez and charged with possession of cocaine, resisting LEO without violence and possession of marijuana.
• Walter Danzey, 47, of Tampa, was arrested Oct. 2 by Deputy Gulliford-Green and charged with possession of a weapon by a convicted felon and out of county warrant.
• Eddie Richards, Jr., 41, of Abbeville, AL, was arrested Oct. 2 by Deputy Gulliford-Green and charged with criminal mischief, moving traffic violation, possession of a weapon by convicted felon, grand theft of motor vehicle, fleeing and or eluding LEO with lights and/or siren active and resisting LEO without violence.
• Leatrice Cypress, 40, of Clewiston, was arrested Oct. 2 by Deputy Gonzalez and charged with failure to appear.
• Raymond Avila, 56, of Clewiston, was arrested Oct. 2 by Deputy Rodriguez and charged with driving with license suspended habitual offender.
• Roamer Mercedes, 36, at large, was arrested Oct. 2 by Deputy Williams and charged with aggravated battery.
