The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), and the Department of Corrections (DOC), June 9-15.

• Rodine Richards, 41, of Clewiston, was arrested June 9 by Deputy B. Brayan on charges of hinder/prevent communication with law enforcement and battery.

• David Woodard, 38, of LaBelle, was arrested June 9 by Deputy C. Davis on charges of theft of motor vehicle, felony criminal mischief and possession of drug equipment.

• Diego Gonzalez, 54, of Miami, was arrested June 9 by Deputy G. Willis on charges of felony failure to appear.

• Amanda Lawrence, 38, of Clewiston, was arrested June 9 by K9 Deputy O. Gonzalez on charges of possession of controlled substance without prescription and possession of drug equipment.

• Javier Maceda Balderas, 53, was arrested June 10 by K9 Cpl. L. Drew on charges of battery on LEO and resist arrest with violence.

• Joehanson Singleton, 49, of Belle Glade, was arrested June 10 by K9 Deputy J. Newbern on charges of possession of firearm by Fla. convicted felon.

• Dwayne Boswell, 54, of Lehigh Acres, was arrested June 11 by Deputy M. Frazier on outstanding warrant.

• Jesus Santilla, 35, of LaBelle, was arrested June 11 by Deputy D. Reaves on charges of warrant for felony violation of probation.

• John Williams, 35, of Ft. Myers was arrested June 12 by K9 J. Newbern on charges of possession of controlled substance without prescription, and driving while license suspended/revoked.

• Sarah Garner, 34, of LaBelle, was arrested June 13 by Deputy R. Flores, Jr., on outstanding warrant felony failure to appear and violation of condition of release.

• Tarsha Brooks, 49, of Moore Haven, was arrested June 1 by HCSO Narcotics Unit on charges of use of 2-way communication device to facilitate a felony; trafficking in fentanyl, sale of fentanyl within 1,000 feet of specified area and 2 counts of withhold support.

• Frederick Prather, 52, of LaBelle, was arrested June 13 by Deputy J. Huapilla on charges of Driving while license suspended/revoked and possession of controlled substance without prescription.

• Jerry Acuff, 66, of LaBelle was arrested June 13 by Deputy B. Dibernardino on charges of DUI.

• Jose Quintero, 34, at large, was arrested June 14 by Deputy R. Gosa on charges of possession of controlled substance without prescription and possession of marijuana not more than 20 grams.

• Dedrick McClain, 47, of LaBelle, was arrested June 14 by Deputy R. Gosa on charges of flee AND eluding LEO, and failure to register motor vehicle.
