COVID-19 Vaccinations available by appointment at health departments

HENDRY & GLADES COUNTIES — The Florida Department of Health in Hendry and Glades Counties  now offer the Moderna Vaccine by appointment only.  

Vaccine appointments will be made based on vaccine availability and clinical hours. Individuals will be contacted with their appointment confirmation and will be scheduled for their second dose within 28-34 days.

Appointments are available:
• Mondays — Glades County Health Department in Moore Haven, 1021 Healthpark Drive, Moore Haven, 863-946-0707, press 0

• Tuesdays — Hendry County Health Department in Clewiston, 1100 S. Olympia St., Clewiston, 863-983-1408, press 0
• Wednesdays and Thursdays — Hendry County Health Department in LaBelle, 1140 Pratt Blvd, LaBelle, 863-674-4041, press 0
