OKEECHOBEE – Is your child’s car seat installed safely in your vehicle? On Sept. 21, Kids Safe of the Treasure Coast will host a Car Seat Check Up Event, at the Okeechobee County Health Department, 1728 N.W. Ninth Ave., Okeechobee. Free car seats will be distributed while supplies last, one per qualifying applicant. No appointments necessary.
