OKEECHOBEE — The Big O Teen Anglers held their sixth tournament of the 2021 year out of Okee-Tantie on June 26. This month’s tournament included 19 anglers catching a total of 31 bass at a combined weight of 58.03 pounds
The largest bass caught was by Tanner Seabolt.
This month’s standings were as follows:
9-12 Age Group
• Ryan Hertzer placed first with 5.40 pounds and Big Fish weighing 2.77 pounds;
13-19 Age Group
• Mason Davis placed first with 7.60 pounds;
• Tanner Seabolt placed second with 6.98 pounds and Big Fish weighing 4.14 pounds;
Every month boat captains volunteer their Saturday morning to our youth anglers; the anglers extend thanks to: Terry Seabolt, Billy Ellerbee, Jim Newell, Josh Clay, Kim LaFave, Marc Williams, Robert Hertzer, David Mohney, Adam Crum and David Diehl.
Come and show your support at our third car wash fundraiser for the 2021 tournament year which will be held at Garrard’s Bait & Tackle on July 24 8 a.m. All proceeds to go towards our end of the year awards banquet.
