May 9 & 10
8th Annual Okeechobee Extreme Rodeo
Enjoy free parking, delicious food, mutton busting, merchandise, a mechanical bull, and so much more. Gates open at 5:30 p.m., and the rodeo action kicks off at 7:30 p.m. Rain or shine, the rodeo will be under the covered arena. Tickets can be purchased at the gate or online at Doublekrodeoproductions.com. For information, call 205-790-3452.

All Florida Junior Rodeo State Finals
Where young cowboys and cowgirls, ages 5 to 14, showcase their skills in events like barrel racing, calf roping, and bull riding. Free for spectators.
