Okeechobee County Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF) during the period from Dec 5. to Dec. 8.

• Kimie Fulton, 59, Southwest Parish Terrace, was arrested on Dec. 5 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine. Bond was set at $5,000.

• Cleave Epps, 41, Southeast 86th Boulevard, was arrested on Dec. 6 by OCSO and charged with video voyeurism of a 19-year-old or older. Bond was set at $5,000.

• Qualon Hardy, 17, Northeast Eighth Avenue, was arrested on Dec. 6 by OCSO and charged with grand theft auto.

• Chris Malone Jr., U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested on Dec. 7 by OCSO and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill. Bond was set at $10,000.

• Nikki Tomlinson, 26, Southeast 40th Avenue, was arrested on Dec. 8 by OCSO and charged with aggravated assault/battery, aggravated assault/domestic and criminal mischief. She was also charged with domestic battery. Bond was set at $22,000.

• Ira Douglas Jr., 41, Northeast 112th Street, was arrested on Dec. 8 by OCSO and charged with fraudulent use of a credit card. Bond was set at $2,500.
