The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Daniel Beal was arrested May 26 and charged with two counts DUI with damage, two counts leaving the scene of a crash, two counts reckless driving, driving without a license with priors, refusal to submit to a breath test and willful and wanton reckless driving.
• Joseph Duane, 34, Haverhill, was arrested May 29 by OCSO Deputy Victor Cabrera and charged with fleeing or eluding and resisting arrest. Bond was set at $7,500.
• Alfred Moore, 40, Southwest 22^nd Street, was arrested May 28 by ONTF and charged with possession of methamphetamine, habitually driving without a license, fleeing law enforcement, tampering with evidence and introduction of contraband into a detention facility. Bond was set at $46,000.
• Amanda Schriber, 38, Southwest 22^nd Street, was arrested May 28 by ONTF and charged with possession of methamphetamine and tampering with evidence. Bond was set at $30,000.
• Michael Killingsworth Smith was arrested May 31 and charged with burglary of an occupied building and battery.
• Robert Norton, 84, U.S. 441 South, was arrested May 7 by OCSO Deputy Rocio Mendez and charged with DUI with property damage. Bond was set at $1,000.
• Kevin Jaggernath, 52, Southeast 136^th Avenue, was arrested May 10 by OCSO Deputy Victor Cabrera and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,000.
• Dustin Crouch, 37, Southeast 31^st Street, was arrested May 24 by OCSO Deputy Misei Esquivel and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,000.
• Adrian Santamaria, 21, Northeast 30^th Avenue, was arrested My 25 by OCSO Deputy Misei Esquivel and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,000.
• Guadelupe Maza, 36, Southwest 18^th Avenue, was arrested May 31 by OCSO Deputy Rocio Mendez and charged with aggravated battery. Bond was set at $500,000.
• Richard Steele, 35, Northeast Fourth Street, was arrested May 31 by OCSO Deputy Victor Cabrera and charged with DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine. Bond was set at $1,250.
