The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).
Shaun Almodovar, 45, Northwest Seventh Avenue, was arrested May 10 by ONTF and charged with possession of methamphetamine, tampering with evidence and driving without a license. Bond was set at $9,000.
Joseph Smith, 61, Northeast 15th Avenue, was arrested May 13 by OCSO Deputy Todd Addington and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana under 20 grams. Bond was set at $10,500.
Gerald Herndon, 26, Northwest 15th Street, was arrested May 1 by OCSO Deputy Misei Esquivel and charged with DUI and operating a motorcycle without a proper license. Bond was set at $1,500.
Jonathan Kane, 43, Northeast Fourth Avenue, was arrested May 14 by OCPD Detective Brandi Drapal and charged with child abuse without great bodily harm. Bond was set at $15,000.
Victor Olmedo Carcamo, 37, Northeast 20th Court, was arrested May 14 by OCSO Deputy Rocio Mendez and charged with tampering with evidence, false imprisonment and battery. Bond was set at #11,500.
Earle Snow, 45, reservation, was arrested May 14 by OCSO Deputy Todd Addington and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license. Bond was set at $54,000.
Martha Vandiver, 45, U.S. 441 North, was arrested May 16 by OCSO Deputy Vincent Peterpaul and charged with dealing in stolen property and grand theft. Bond was set at $10,000.
Robert Rodney, 26, Northwest 10th Terrace, was arrested May 19 by OCSO Deputy F. Incorvaia and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill. Bond was set at $15,000.
Andre Garcia was arrested May 19 and charged with child abuse without great bodily harm.
Alisha Daugherty, 42, Northeast Third Circle, was arrested May 19 by OCSO Deputy Anthony Wolgamott and charged with two counts grand theft auto, dealing in stolen property and forgery. Bond was set at $25,000.
