The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).
- Juan Arguella-Zepeda, 26, at large, was arrested Oct. 8 by ONTF and charged with possession of cocaine. Bond was set at $5,000.
- Nicholas Brown, 40, Northwest 39th Circle, was arrested Oct. 10 by OCPD Officer Ryan Holroyd and charged with DUI, resisting an officer and possession of a new legend drug. Bond was set at $3,000.
- David Porter, 69, Southwest 35th Circle, was arrested Oct. 10 by OCSO Deputy J. Coonfare and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,500.
- Jamaal Johnson, 18, Northeast 168th Street, was arrested Oct. 12 by OCSO Deputy Ivan Sanchez and charged with battery on detention staff. Bond was set at $2,500.
- Charles Nixon, 17, Pensacola, was arrested Oct. 12 by OCSO Deputy Ivan Sanchez and charged with battery on detention staff. He was transferred to the custody of DJJ.
- Judy Anderson, 40, Northeast Second Street, was arrested Oct. 13 by OCSO Deputy G. Greseth and charged with battery/second or subsequent offense. Bond was set at $5,000.
- Mark Lineberry, 61, Northwest Third Street, was arrested Oct. 13 by OCSO Deputy G. Greseth and charged with possession of methamphetamine, sale of methamphetamine and possession with intent to sell. Bond was set at $50,000.
- Michael Moss, 50, at large, was arrested Oct. 13 by OCSO Deputy Skylar Casian on an out-of-county warrant. Bond was set at $20,000.
- William Rogers, 35, was arrested Oct. 14 by OCSO Deputy Jennifer Fairtrace and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,200.
- Tyler Nicholson, 28, Southeast 29th Street, was arrested Oct. 15 by OCSO Deputy T. Porter and charged with domestic battery by strangulation and driving without a license. Bond was set at $8,000.
- Youvani Beltran, 16, was arrested oct. 11 by OCSO Sgt. Aric Majere on an Okeechobee County warrant for one count firing a missile into a dwelling or vehicle and three counts aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
- Samantha Rubino, 37, Northeast Fourth Street, was arrested oct. 11 by OCSO Deputy D. Rogers and charged with two counts aggravated battery on law enforcement. Bond was set at $100,000.
