Everyone knows that “Santa Claus is coming to town” and he’s checking his list for all who have been naughty or nice! Last year Santa sent one of his “scout elves”, Jolly, to help our Okeechobee community and we’ve heard he’s coming back to help us again.

We’re so excited to have Jolly back visiting many of our Chamber businesses to see what they have to offer as a reminder for us to “Shop Local” this season.

We will be sharing with our members and community the various finds that he uncovers, and we hope to help keep him out of mischief. No promises though.

Be sure to keep up with all the businesses that Jolly finds time to visit and let’s SHOP LOCAL really BIG this year. You’ll be able to keep track daily on our Facebook page as well as a weekly update sent to our members about his many visits.

Jolly will reside nightly in his house here at the Chamber. So, you might want to stop by and get your photo taken with him to be posted on our social media pages. Just another great way to advertise your business too!

P.S. Remember when Jolly was leaving Okeechobee, he was looking out at the crowd and saw a girl? Well, he was hoping that he might see her on his trip back to Okeechobee this year. Hmm...I wonder.
