OKEECHOBEE — Maintenance Foreman Willie Hall was recognized during the March 3 city council meeting for 10 years of service to the community. In addition, City Administrator Gary Ritter, mentioned that Hall recently passed the Florida Department of Environmental Protection Storm Water Course.
