DKG Beta Nu Chapter welcomes new initiate Manal Yamin

OKEECHOBEE — On May 3, 2025, local teacher, Manal Yamin was formally initiated into the Beta Nu Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma Society International during a ceremony at Brown Cow Sweetery. Delta Kappa Gamma (DKG), an international honor society for key women educators, promotes excellence in education and the professional growth of women educators worldwide.

Yamin’s induction acknowledges her dedication to these values and her ongoing contributions to the educational field.

The ceremony included traditional DKG initiation elements, such as a candle-lighting and presentation of the official Society key. Members and guests gathered to celebrate the milestone and to extend their warmest congratulations.
