OKEECHOBEE — The Pvt William H Raulerson Camp 2080 SCV held a dedication ceremony for the new headstone for William H Raulerson. William was Peter Raulerson’s brother and was the first person buried in Evergreen Cemetery. He was a member of the Cow Calvary during the Civil War.
