OKEECHOBEE- The Okeechobee High School Brahman football team will host their annual Spring Game this Friday, May 16 at 6 p.m.
Brahman football head coach William Pryor says the football program has had 65 players participating in spring practices this year, the most he’s seen during his tenure. The Brahmans are set to host the Westminster Academy Lions out of Fort Lauderdale.
The Lions finished 5-4 last season and made an appearance in the Sunshine State Athletic Association Football playoffs.
The Brahman Football program will also be running both the concession stands at this year’s OHS graduation on May 24. The concessions will begin at the same time the ceremony begins and will stay open until the items run out or when graduation ends. All proceeds from the concessions will go to support the Brahman football program.
