WHAT: United Way of Lee, Hendry, and Glades is hosting a breakfast for their volunteers. Former Waterman Broadcasting Executive Vice President and United Way Board Member, Steve Pontius will be the emcee. The event will highlight that volunteering is fulfilling, unites us, and is needed. Two special United Way Champion Award presentations will be made in honor of longtime community volunteer and philanthropist B. Pat O’Rourke.
