LABELLE — On Monday, May 8, 2023, at approximately 8:23 p.m. Hendry County deputies responded to the area of 850 Main Street after receiving calls of a stabbing.
When deputies arrived on scene, they discovered several victims bleeding. It was learned that as the victims arrived home from work, they were reportedly attacked by two subjects later identified as 22-year-old Adolfo Sebastian Andres and 17-year-old Gabriel Sebastian Andres. Another victim had been asleep in his home when the subjects broke out the window and entered the home stabbing him.
The investigation revealed that another victim had left the scene returning to their home and was later transported to a medical facility for their injuries. The cause of the attack is unknown at this time.
After detectives identified the subjects, they were taken into custody and charged with attempted felony murder, armed burglary and aggravated assault. Gabriel Sebastian Andres, 17, was transported to the Department of Juvenile Justice and Adolfo Sebastian Andres, 22, is currently being held in the Hendry County Jail on $800,000.00 bond.
