The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), and the Department of Corrections (DOC), May 19-26.
• Javier Martinez Lopez, 36, of Clewiston, was arrested May 19 by Detective D. McNeil on charge of battery on person 54 years of age or older.
• Jorge Rivera-Diaz, 33, of Clewiston, was arrested May 19 by Deputy M. Ramos on charge of DUI.
• Carlos Rivera-Diaz, 33, of Clewiston, was arrested May 19 by Deputy M. Ramos on charge of DUI.
• Carlos Albuerne, 28, of Clewiston, was arrested May 20 by Deputy D. Givans on charge of felony probation violation.
• Mitchell Young, 44, of Moore Haven, was arrested May 20 by Deputy M. Frazier on charge of felony probation violation.
• Antonio DeLeon, 41, of LaBelle, was arrested May 20 by K9 Deputy J. Newbern on charge of lewd and lascivious behavior on victim less than 12 years of age.
• Hector Bustamante-Martinez, 53, of LaBelle, was arrested May 21 by Deputy A. Najjar on charge of abuse on disabled adult without great bodily harm and battery.
• Leonardo Ramirez-Lopez, 33, of LaBelle, was arrested May 21 by Deputy H. Ramirez-Garcia on charge of DUI and operating motor vehicle without valid driver’s license.
• Jorge Soto, 45, of Clewiston, was arrested May 21 by Detective D. McNeil for an outstanding felony warrant on charges of obscene communications with minor.
• Bryan Trejo, 35, of LaBelle, was arrested May 22 by Deputy R. Gosa on charge of battery by person in jail facility.
• Jonathan Martinez, 30, of Sarasota, was arrested May 22 by Deputy R. Gosa on charges of battery by person in jail facility.
• Andres Bustamante, 29, of LaBelle, was arrested May 22 by Deputy R. Gosa on charges of battery by person in jail facility.
• Vidal Cruz-Zavala, 35, of Clewiston, was arrested May 25 by Deputy I. Cadena on charges of DUI.
• Jose Cruz-Zavala, 35, of Clewiston, was arrested May 25 by Deputy M. Ramos on charges of DUI.
• 17-year-old male, of LaBelle, was arrested May 25 by Deputy Sheriff J. Keith on charges of carrying a concealed firearm – unlicensed firearm and improper exhibition of firearm.
