The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), and the Department of Corrections (DOC), March 10-16.
• William Cruz Alicea, 43, if Clewiston was arrested March 10 by Cpl. L. Rodriguez on charges of possession of controlled substance without prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Gustavo Soto, 35, of LaBelle, was arrested March 10 by Deputy G. Hull and charged with felony probation violation.
• Diego Perez, 23, of Clewiston, was arrested March 10 by Deputy B. Barrira on a charge of possession of controlled substance without a prescription.
• Daime Giron, 44, of LaBelle, was arrested March 11 by Deputy K. Negron on a charge of felony probation violation.
• A 13-year-old male was arrested March 11 by Deputy G. Hull on a charge of felony trespassing.
• A 16-year-old male was arrested March 11 by Deputy G. Hull on a charge of felony trespassing.
• O.C. Hunter, 57, of Clewiston, was arrested March 13 by Deputy G. Willis on a charge of felony probation violation.
• Gustavo Alfaro, 26, of Clewiston, was arrested March 13 by Cpl. D. Coronilla on charges of DUI and felony probation violation.
• Cristian Arriola, 27, of LaBelle, was arrested March 14 by Deputy I. Cadena on charges of grand theft of fire extinguisher and resisting arrest without violence.
• Curnelius Thornton, 27, of Clewiston, was arrested March 14 by Deputy B. Dibernardino on charges of possession of controlled substance without prescription and contempt of court.
• Anton Ward, 50, of Dania, was arrested March 15 by Deputy G. Willis on charges of grand theft from dwelling, dealing in stolen property and providing false ID to pawn items.
• Billy Joe McIver, 40, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested March 15 by Cpl. L. Drew on charges of felony probation, possession of marijuana u/20 grams, possession of controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug equipment.
• Erick Salinas, 33, of LaBelle, was arrested March 16 by Cpl. L. Rodriguez on charges of flee & eluding, operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver’s license, resist arrest without violence and attached tag not assigned.
• Guillermo Perez, 41, of LaBelle was arrested March 16 by Deputy C. Link on a charge of DUI.
• Marcus Lovell, 28, of Orlando, was arrested March 16 by Sgt. L. Hernandez on a charge of felony probation violation.
• Roxana Rodriguez Lopez, 27, of LaBelle, was arrested March 16 by Deputy H. Ramirez Garcia on charges of DUI and leaving scene of accident with property damage.
