CLEWISTON — Salome Ortiz (left) was crowned the Glades Miss Latina, and Hilary Byers (right) was crowned Glades Miss Teen Latina (right) On Dec. 3, 2023 at the Clewiston High School auditorium.
Salome and Hilary are students at Clewiston High School.
Glades Miss Latina is a yearly annual pageant held with the purpose to celebrate and empower Hispanic women and culture in the Glades area.
The pageant is held in Clewiston, but is open to applicants from Glades, Hendry, Okeechobee, and Pahokee and Belle Glade of Palm Beach County.
