CLEWISTON — Recently, the people of U.S. Sugar provided support for efforts to modernize Central Elementary School’s (CES) media center. The financial support allowed for the school to purchase new furniture, books and other learning materials.
“Supporting literacy provides children with invaluable skills that will serve them well for a lifetime,” said Brannan Thomas, Community Relations Director. “U.S. Sugar is proud to provide students in Clewiston with additional learning opportunities by supporting Central Elementary School’s new library.”
Central Elementary School Principal Melissa Carter and U.S. Sugar executive assistant Eneyda Rios attended the recent grand re-opening of the Central Elementary School media center. U.S. Sugar is committed to the communities where our employees live and work, including Glades, Hendry, Palm Beach, Martin Counties and throughout South Florida.
