EVERGLADES AGRICULTURAL AREA ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION DISTRICT NOTICE OF 2025 ANNUAL LANDOWNERS MEETING & BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all owners of lands located within the boundaries of the EVERGLADES AGRICULTURAL AREA ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION DISTRICT that pursuant to applicable laws, a meeting of the landowners of the EVERGLADES AGRICULTURAL AREA ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION DISTRICT will be held on Friday, July 11, 2025 at 9:00 A.M. at the University of Florida, EREC Building, 3200 E. Palm Beach Road, Belle Glade, Florida 33430.for the following purposes: 1. Receiving annual reports and taking such action with respect thereto as the landowners may determine; and 2. Transacting such other business as may properly come before the meeting. The Board of Supervisors meeting will commence immediately thereafter and the purpose of this meeting is to adopt a budget for fiscal year 2025-2026 and to transact any and all business that may come before the Board. If any person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board of Supervisors with respect to any matter considered at these meetings he/she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he/she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. Pursuant to the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in this meeting, because of a disability or physical impairment, should contact the District's Attorney, Charles F.
