Palm Beach County Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), or the Department of Corrections (DOC) in Belle Glade or South Bay.

• Marvin Moore was arrested May 21 by PBSO and charged with burglary with assault or battery, robbery by sudden snatching without firearm or weapon, petit theft from merchant/farmer/transit agency $100-&750, and battery by touch or strike. Bond was not set.

• Jerry Seymore was arrested May 22 by PBSO and charged with aggravated battery on pregnant victim. Bond was not set.

• Olivia Mata was arrested May 23 by PBSO and charged with cruelty toward child - abuse child without great bodily harm, and battery - commit domestic battery by strangulation. Bond was set at $10,000.

• Oscar Moreno was arrested May 26 by PBSO and charged with possession of controlled substance without a prescription. Bond was not set.

• Delmark Henry was arrested May 27 by PBSO and charged with obstructing justice, battery by touch or strike and simple assault. Bond was set at $5,000.
