The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), or the Department of Corrections (DOC) in Belle Glade or South Bay.
• Errol Thomas, Belle Glade, was arrested March 20 by PBSO and charged with false imprisonment of person and battery by touch or strike. Bond was set at $60,000.
• Junior Richmond, Belle Glade, was arrested March 21 by Riviera Beach Police Dept. and charged with grand theft of motor vehicle, resisting officer without violence, and failure to appear. Bond was set at $8,000.
• Courtayicious Foster, Belle Glade, was arrested March 22 by PBSO and charged with property damage - criminal mischief - $200 or less previous conviction, and battery by touch or strike. Bond was not set.
• Rochelle Williams, Belle Glade, was arrested March 22 by PBSO and charged with aggravated assault - with deadly weapon without intent to kill, and battery by touch or strike. Bond was set at $11,000.
• Kevin Leggett, Belle Glade, was arrested March 22 by PBSO and charged with aggravated battery on pregnant victim, and battery by strangulation, and probation violation. Bond was set at $75,000.
• Salina Coats, South Bay, was arrested March 23 by PBSO and charged with trafficking meth/amphetamine 14 grams+, and possession of marijuana less than 20 grams. Bond set at $1,000.
• Tremaine Carrigan, Belle Glade, was arrested March 25 by PBSO and charged with fraud/swindle - defraud to obtain property value of $20K to $50K. Bond was set at $5,000.
